year 7 cohort weekly activities

Monday 16th Sep Each week in my cohort of year 7 I have been championing our move for mate ship, leading all of the classes on Tuesday mentor lessons and Thursday mentor lesson to come out and play basket ball, netball, frisbee, handball and yoga to unwind and get focused. This is a great way to encourage our year 7 scotchies to exercise whilst helping a cause and raising money for the foundation, also helping preventing violence and spreading awareness of mateship. I have loved seeing our year group work so well together and have an understanding of how they our helping our wellbeing not just in school but also out of school. i am very happy that we have raised a total of $361.01 of our $1000 goal so if you like what we are doing hop on scotch college- year 7 as we are so close to our goal with only a few days left so be quick!!  Share

riding to school

Monday 16th Sep I have been going for rides to school on Mondays Wednesdays Thursday and Friday and then after school I have been doing even more riding which is around 9.5 kms from school and back but then with my rides after school it makes it around 15 kilometres a day which hits my exercising goal of 1 hour per day or more.
